For customers in Germany:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing of your decision. The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Free return after prior agreement

Excluded from return are hygiene articles and underwear.
